What You’ll Learn

Day 1 – Skill, Structure, & Foundation

• Lash safety, sanitation, client protection, and Barbicide Training 

• Lash theory: curls, lengths, diameters, mapping, and content

• Classic, Hybrid, Volume Techniques **BONUS: (if time permits) Mega Volume 

• Tool mastery: tweezers, glue, isolation, and placement, what tools is best for what

• Hands-on practice on mannequin with skill correction 

Day 2 – Real-World Lashing + Business Readiness

• Full set application on a live model

• Speed and consistency training

• Client experience: consultations, retention, and rebooking (scenario and role play with live model on how an appointment is supposed to go) 

• Pricing, policies, and professionalism

• How to attract your first paying clients

• The 60-Day Client Launch Plan
